1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2-7 business days after receiving payment. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. All items are hand made, and take some time tp create.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

• PICKUP: You can arrange pickup with me at my home in Niagara Falls, at no charge.
• Canada: Standard shipping within Canada is available with an estimated delivery of 3-10 business days.
• United States: Sorry, I don’t sell to the USA at the moment.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email, allowing you to monitor your package’s status.

4. Shipping Delays

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as customs processing or postal delays. Puff Perfect is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of order placement. Puff Perfect is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
